As founder and CEO of KLM Properties, Inc., Kathy L. Martin has quite literally, changed the way real estate is bought and sold in the region. Since 1985, Martin has been a multi-million dollar producer, listing and selling some of the most exclusive properties in the region. In 1994, at the pinnacle of her career, she launched KLM Properties, Inc., with a vision of leading a firm founded upon uncompromising integrity, unparalleled professionalism and unmatched expertise in the field of real estate. Kathy began her real estate career on the appraisal side of the profession and has maintained these credentials over the years.

Today, she manages Morgantown’s leading real estate company and oversees a talented team of sales associates, property managers, appraisers and relocation experts. Kathy also maintains a Pennsylvania real estate license. Throughout the years, she has been influential in the growth of many of the areas major developments.
